🍍🍗🫑One Pan Hawaiian-Inspired Chicken

Ingredients:
 • 2–3 chicken breasts (or thighs)
 • 2 bell peppers, sliced
 • 1 red onion, sliced
 • 1–2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
 • ½–1 cup teriyaki sauce (I use Primal Kitchen)
 • Olive oil
 • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
 • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:
 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
 2. Add bell peppers, red onion, and pineapple to a large baking dish or sheet pan.
 3. Drizzle veggies with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
 4. In a bowl, season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and toss until coated.
 5. Place chicken on top of the veggies.
 6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (165°F).
 7. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a little caramelization.
