πππ«One Pan Hawaiian-Inspired Chicken Ingredients: β’ 2β3 chicken breasts (or thighs) β’ 2 bell peppers, sliced β’ 1 red onion, sliced β’ 1β2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained) β’ Β½β1 cup teriyaki sauce (I use Primal Kitchen) β’ Olive oil β’ Salt, pepper, garlic powder β’ Cooked rice, for serving Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F. 2. Add bell peppers, red onion, and pineapple to a large baking dish or sheet pan. 3. Drizzle veggies with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat. 4. In a bowl, season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and toss until coated. 5. Place chicken on top of the veggies. 6. Bake uncovered for 25β30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (165Β°F). 7. Optional: Broil for 2β3 minutes at the end for a little caramelization. 8.
