I added $681,000 in additional organic revenue to this medical equipment Shopify store. But that’s not even my favorite part of this case study. The brand sold high-ticket medical supplies, with most products between $1,500–$3,000. And they had one BIG problem... They were almost ENTIRELY dependent on paid ads, in fact, most of their ad campaigns were barely running at breakeven. 12 months later? → Organic traffic increased 663% → $681k in directly attributed organic revenue → Another $469k from retargeting organic visitors → Blended CAC dropped from $1,977 to $636 → ROAS increased from 4.08x to 5.77x → Page-one keywords increased from 35 to 454 The strategy wasn’t just “publish more blogs.” We fixed the Shopify store’s technical foundation, moved the store from a subdomain to the main domain, analyzed 95,000+ keywords, built out missing collections and content, targeted purchase-intent keywords, built 215+ relevant backlinks, and expanded into Spanish SEO. Then we connected the entire thing with paid ads. Someone discovers the brand through organic SEO results or AI answers, for $0 per click. If they don’t buy immediately, Meta and Google retarget them later. SEO & AI visibility brings them in. Paid ads close the ones who aren’t ready yet. That’s how SEO went from practically non-existent to generating $1.1M+ when combining directly attributed organic revenue with revenue from retargeting those organic visitors. SEO shouldn’t exist as a standalone tactic, but as a profit multiplier. For Shopify brands, it should make your ENTIRE marketing a lot more profitable.
