She DM'd us: "Hair shedding? I can stand on the rooftop and yell, use this." I simply had to call her! Here's the thing. She didn't even come for the serum. She came for the shampoo. That's it. She makes her own homemade Ayurvedic shampoo at home but it was too much work to maintain. So she bought our kit just for the shampoo and left the serum sitting in the box for a full month.
