Called another happy customer the other day. She saw our ad on Instagram and her exact thought process was, "What have I got to lose? Except more hair. And that's already happening." I mean. If that's not the most honest reason anyone has ever bought our products, I don't know what is! She went all in. Bought the full kit. Three weeks in, the shedding dropped. And she genuinely thought she was imagining it. "Is this wishful thinking?" No, it wasn't! By week five or six, the scalp that used to show through when she wore her hair up started filling in. Not drastically. Not overnight. But enough that she could run her fingers through and feel hair where there wasn't any before. She started brushing her hair and running to show her husband and daughter. She was showing them the hairbrush like it was evidence in a court case - I love it! She told me her scalp used to hurt every time she took her hair down from a clip. That's gone now. And she said something so simple it stuck with me. "That in itself is a difference for me." Not a transformation. Not a miracle. Just a difference. And sometimes that's all someone needs. Towards the end I asked if she'd be comfortable sharing her experience and she said something I keep coming back to. "People like to complain. We don't have enough positivity.
