The sample came from the Pulsating Techno Splice pack by a mysterious group of producers known as Four4. And while we don’t know exactly who or how many people are splitting the ten cents they earned from “Deli” we do know they aren’t considered songwriters of on Ice Spice’s hit, in spite of the prominence of the sample. 😳 But nobody got ripped off: producers like Four4 simply operate on a different business model.
