High Protein Scrambled Oat Bowl 😋 35g Protein in this one breakfast using added @freesoul protein powder! Ladies…. starting your day with protein supports steady energy, balances hormones and keeps you fuller for longer 👌🏼 You’ll need: For the oats: 60g mashed banana 40g Oats 15g salted caramel @freesoul protein powder (code FUELWELL for 15% off) 1/2 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt 1 egg For the berries: 50g blueberries 100g strawberries Tsp chia seeds 1/4 lemon juiced Tsp tapioca flour (or cornstarch) To serve: 100g yoghurt Peanut butter and cacao nibs to top (optional) To make: Scrambled Oats: * In a flat dish, add in your banana and mash until smooth. * Then add in the dry ingredients and give it a mix. * Finally, crack in your egg and mix until combined * To a nonstick pan, add some oil spray and pour in the oat mixture. Flatten it out and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. * Use a spatula to start to break it up and scramble as you would eggs. This should take about 5 minutes until golden brown Berries: * In a bowl, add in your berries with a tsp chia seeds and the tsp tapioca flour * Squeeze in some lemon juice and give it a mix. Microwave for around 45 seconds To Serve: * In a bowl, spread your yogurt. Add the scrambled oats to the side.
