So apparently my days are powered by @plantpeople gummies. And NO they don't have gelatin in them. I love that I can take the electrolytes right before I go into the gym and not have to worry about going pee every 10 seconds. For the past 12 days, i've been taking the focus Gummies and the hydration Gummies 30 minutes before I leave the house to get to the gym at 5AM. Once I come home start my routine, I take the wonder calm gummies because even though I need energy, I also don't want to be an anxious.. coming from someone with ADHD, this has helped me a lot (not medical advice).
