This effect looks like you’re literally falling through your Instagram feed, but the entire scene starts with one simple video. I recorded myself, created a character reference sheet, and grabbed a screenshot from the moment I was sitting still. Inside CapCut Video Studio, I used those references to build the first scene and then created multiple variations of myself falling through completely different environments. From there, I used the original screenshot together with the generated images and asked CapCut Director Mode to turn everything into one continuous sequence using Seedance 2.5. For the final touch, I brought the clip into the CapCut editor and used a few simple keyframes to recreate that Instagram scrolling movement.
