I think I have tried every healthy chocolate on the market, every clean-ingredient bar out there, and there was one clear winner. The one that won on taste also won on the things I care about: compostable packaging, fair wages, ethically sourced, minimal ingredients. It felt a little too good to be true, so I kept buying it to be sure I was not missing anything.
