I’m perfectly happy to take something everyday, but I want it to work hard for me. That’s why I stack. Pick and mix with my favourites from @ancientandbrave, depending on how I feel and what I need that day. Every morning you’ll find me with my loaded water ritual at my desk. In it goes a sachet dose of True Collagen (of course!), my favourite, clinically-tested, hydrolysed Type 1 bovine collagen. It’s flavourless and dissolves easily. I also put in True Hydration. No artificial flavours and sweeteners, just naturally powered by coconut and other electrolytes for rapid hydration. Definitely the best electrolyte I have found. I often put the Creatine + in too.
