A fun little thing to say there are so many of us who get overexcited and overwhelmed by the possibilities and potential of each shiny day alongside the doom laden to do list of life and survival. Whether it’s our addled minds, flailing hormones, general exhaustion or societal pressures, it’s a very hard thing to juggle and order and reason with. I’ve been lucky enough to try some of @wildnutritionltd Energy Support supplements and although I was anxious that the likelihood of me remembering to take them regularly would mean they’d be lost on me, I’ve really made the effort and by gum I think they may actually be doing something. I’m a bit sceptical of things that can make your life easier!! I prefer to think if only I just slept more, drank less booze, exercised more and ate better that would be the only way I’d feel better. And yes these are all wise rules to follow but I’m also giving these a go alongside all the other life stuff too. They do all sorts of groovy stuff so pop over to their page and see if there’s any life stuff you need a hand with xx #thefreerangechef #retreatchef #gifted #whydidicomeinthisroom #wheredidijustputmypants

Our body image and how (or if) we choose to talk about it is a personal subject for many of us 🤍

My body and my perception of it has changed drastically and permanently after having three children at once. I know I’m not ever realistically going to look or feel like I did in my twenties now that I’m in my early forties.

And I’m ok with that.

But recently, I have been feeling quite unhealthy, and lacking in confidence as a result. And I wanted to change something 👊🏻

So, for the past few months, I’ve been making active choices to improve my health. Firstly, by consuming less caffeine and alcohol; things which had, if I’m truly honest, become a bit of a crutch.

I started eating more intuitively again - not necessarily because ‘it’s breakfast/lunch/dinner time’, but when I legitimately FELT hungry. I’ve also been choosing more balanced, whole foods…and less junk.

So when @wildnutritionltd reached out and asked me to test their new weight management solution, the timing felt right. I’ve never used a product like this. But, I gave it a go, and I have been really impressed with the difference it’s made to helping me reshape my eating habits. It’s also providing reassurance that my body is fully nourished and provided for 🌿 🥰

The unique combination of ingredients supports metabolic function and normal blood glucose levels for healthy weight management. Among its many benefits, the formula provides nutritional support for energy levels, cardiovascular, hormonal and gut health.

Now, it’s important to note that this product is not suitable for breastfeeding or pregnant women, but if you’re like me and you’re DONE having kids, it might just be perfect for you…

If you’ve been looking to make sustainable and healthy changes for 2026, or are looking to support your own weight management journey, check out @wildnutritionltd via the link in my profile and let me know what you think! ✔️
